El Camino High was good to me. There were always events being held, and dances that the school was putting on to really get everyone involved. Sports were taking pretty serious and it help build a sense of pride that everyone had about going there. Teachers were well versed in their topic of study. The campus is big and spacious, it was a good time.

School is the center of my life, and since El Camino is such a wonderful school, I don't mind that. My teachers care about us as students and my peers all seem friendly. I find myself challenged to learn every day and enjoy it. However, I recognize the culture at ECHS is not prioritizing and serious as it should be. I've heard students casually admit to cheating and tend to their personal interests during class time. I wish more of us treated the hours we spend within the fences of our campus more like a time for academic or even personal growth instead of an obligation from the law. Overall, I enjoy attending my high school and find myself looking forward to the next day as I walk out of the gates.

El Camino High School was definitely an experience. The teachers are very student friendly and often times, the teachers became the students friend. Though, the school lacks student connection with events or planning.
