GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Mission Vista offers a lot of chances to learn new things that you may not have had access to before. The engineering course/pathway that they offer is something that not a lot of other schools offer to the quality that Mission Vista does, and it may be worth it to attend this school for that alone. It also offers lots of AP classes and lots of chances to thrive academically.

My experience is good, this school is great and I love that we are able to pick more that just 4 classes but enough that we are able to learn a lot more and be challenged, but also when the next semester starts us students being able to meet new students and new teachers in new classes. Also the school keeps us very busy and informed on things we can do such as community service and places to volunteer at so we can earn those hours and be involved in our community. This school is really good and give us plenty of opportunity for new learning and experiences.

I like the teachers and they taught me a lot. I wish that the food at lunch was better. The worse part about my experience was that the material I had to learn was hard and I had to learn it pretty quick.

When I compare the atmosphere of MVHS to nearby Fallbrook, the atmosphere and environment are far more positive and students are far more likely to be smiling or laughing. In four years, I’ve never seen graffiti or destruction of any kind, but I think it’s the students who would never put up with su...

Experience was horrible, had multiple teachers single me out for voicing my opinion, and was punished for having my own opinion.
