Awful if your child has learning challenges!

I would rate it as a 4 out of 5. The 5 grade teacher was excellent and went above what expected. The 6 grade teacher did a great job for being a first year teacher. She was will to help and listen to concerns. I believe she will good at her job. The principal this year I really didn't care for her....

I attended this school several years ago, and as a teacher now myself I can say that Bates Elementary has a long tradition of a caring staff, strong community support, and a culture of academic excellence. I loved my time at Bates and would be happy to send my own kids there.
