Overall, it's a good school and I don't have any major issues. However, when I want to speak with a counselor, they are often very busy and it's hard to talk to someone right away. I hope the school can increase the number of counselors or create a stronger system where students can speak with another counselor even if their assigned one is not available. Also, I think the school has improved since the new principal started last year.

Despite the ongoing issue of useful bathrooms, Saugus High School has great programs, school spirit, and activities. For starters, within my three years and about to be four years of experience in the Saugus community, I've had only about three or fewer unfavorable teachers. That only makes up about 16%~ of my teachers, and for all the inferior ones, I definitely had 2 or more teachers make up for their classes' mental trauma. Other factors, like Saugus' clubs, are also impressive. We have around 100 plus clubs, and students like myself can add on to this ever-growing number. Events like the Lunar New Year Festival are planned through clubs like CCC, also known as the Chinese Culture Club. While classes like Litmag (which is also a club to an extent) hold an annual festival showcasing the talent the Saugus community has. Other noteworthy factors that Saugus holds are its school spirit, from big rallies to small support teams; Saugus has it all. Overall, I am proud to be a centurion !!!

This school was one heck of a journey . It took everything in me to hold myself back from punching some teachers and hugging others. The people and atmosphere are truly involved and are here fro your wellbeing even if you don't think they are. The serenity space was extremely helpful for whenever I felt overwhelmed or needed a break for my mind

I am a junior at this school and have done and experienced a lot the teachers care about the students and I have first hand experiences where our class will get in full on discussions about a given topic with the teacher. We currently run 100 minutes periods with three classes a day which are great...

I am a current junior at Saugus High School, so I would say I have seen a lot on this campus. Staff and supervisors have little to no regard for student safety or concerns. The principal is either absent or completely oblivious to current ongoings. Extreme homophobia and racism too.
