Schenectady high school has changed my life and has helped me in so many ways. I spent my freshman year online due to covid but spent the other three years doing sports, joining clubs and activities and being an active member in them.

Schenectady High School is a very diverse campus, full of students from different backgrounds and cultures. The School in self offer many different opportunities for students to shine in their own way, whether it be from the Blue Rose Theatre Company to The Bowling team.

it was amazing the minute i got there everyone was so nice and very helping at my last school my grades were terrible but when i got to SHS my grades were amazing and my mom was so proud

Schenectady High School's diversity, arts program, and IB program prepared me greatly for college and to receive a BS from a top 50 school, to then move on to a competitive work environment in New York City

SHS is an amazing school. It gets a lot of bad attention because negative things about the school are emphasized more than the positive things.
