I've had a great High School experience and Ballard High School. I run Track and Cross-Country and the level of support has been great. There's always activities at the school and plenty of clubs or sports to be involved in.

Ballard High School is a great school with a wide array of classes you can take from engineering to video production. The teachers are friendly and knowledgeable and the students are friendly. There is a strong school spirit here, which can be seen in the several sports Ballard provides. This is not the most diverse school but that is due to the demographic of the neighborhood. Overall a great school that has everything you would want to be prepared for college and life after.

Ballard High School is a great place to find YOUR place. I found my family within the soccer team. They became some of my closest friends to this day, since sophomore year. The Pep Assemblies put on by ASB are also some of my favorite activities at Ballard, along with the football games. I do think that sometimes more student voice should be heard by faculty, I think more change would come if this was true.

My son attended this school until halfway through his junior year when he dropped out and got his GED at Shoreline CC and is now attending college courses there. I can't help but point out some negative things regarding this school. He was kicked out of one of their programs his freshmen year for no...

We have had an excellent experience with our daughter at Ballard HS. They have a great selection of AP courses and multiple clubs, not to mention their outstanding band and athletic program. All teachers I have interacted with have been professional and caring about their student’s achievements.
