The school is incredibly racist. It is a majority white school leaving only a few black students. I had multiple encounters with racist students calling me the N word as well as the hard r and a multitude of other racial slurs. The teachers don't ever really do anything to stop it. The education is alright though.

I have been having a good experience at Central Valley, the teachers have been very helpful whenever I seek help and I have not had any problems with any of them. I also like the selection of courses offered all of the ones I have taken is not too difficult. The campus is also pretty nice, there isn't a lot of littering and I see that it is well-kept.

During my time at Central Valley High School, I was provided with great teachers who did their best to make all their students reach their goals. The school admin kept strict rules for the students at CVHS regarding student behavior. One thing I would like to see change is the counselors. The counselors on campus only care about you graduating high school rather than setting you up for successful college life.

We love CV! My son has attended CVHS for all 4 years of high school. It has always been evident that his teachers care about him and his success. The office and administrative staff are amazing, and always go above and beyond! CV offers dual enrollment and a lot of great extracurricular activities a...

I believe this school provided my son with a great education, the chance to earn almost a year of college credits, as well as the opportunity to play sports he might not have been able to play at a larger school. This school gave him great memories, friends, and a ton of options after graduation.

My daughter attended CV in 2014-2018. She was a high academic student. She took all Honor's classes as well as classes at the college in the summer, which CV highly supported! She graduated Valedictorian of her class with a 4.65GPA. We kept her at CV because we knew the reputation of caring teachers...

I absolutely love this high school. The school is small and very personable. Administration know and interact with all students daily, including special education students. Staff are respectful toward the students and toward each other. Expectations are set high and students get a lot of support to...
