Going to Ridgewood set me on the best trajectory starting all the way back in 1rst grade. No other school could have taught me creativity, empathy, kindness, and persistence like Ridgewood did. I loved every of my teachers and still some over 10 years later.

While the school is known for its excellent STEM program, it also deeply values the performing and visual arts. The hands-on service-learning opportunities, the students' diversity, and the culture of kindness makes it a pretty incredible school. Plus, the quality of the facilities and the setting (Ridgewood is known as "the little school in the woods") are just some of many reasons we love Ridgewood School.

Ridgewood is an excellent school, and the preschool program is fantastic. Our child is absolutely thriving here. I cannot recommend it enough. The staff is dedicated and go above and beyond.

Ridgewood School is an excellent private school for those looking for a close-knit and family-like school. The academic standards at Ridgewood are outstanding, particularly in math, social studies, music, and art.
