Going to Ridgewood set me on the best trajectory starting all the way back in 1rst grade. No other school could have taught me creativity, empathy, kindness, and persistence like Ridgewood did. I loved every of my teachers and still some over 10 years later.

Ridgewood School is a small, private school in which children receive individualized attention. The entire faculty communicates about each child to help each child learn and grow to the best of his or her ability. One of the things that I loved about the school is the diversity of students. The children come from varying cultural and economic backgrounds, thus allowing the school to be an image of an "ideal" world.

My son attended Ridgewood from kindergarten through 8th grade. The caliber of education is second to none. This is a school that thrives on diversity, small class sizes (he never had more that 11 classmates), community services, academic excellence. My son learned leadership skills that gave him confidence when he moved to a very large high school. I will always recommend and support Ridgewood School. Take a tour, you and your child(ren) will not want to leave.

Ridgewood School is an excellent private school for those looking for a close-knit and family-like school. The academic standards at Ridgewood are outstanding, particularly in math, social studies, music, and art.
