I have gone to Thurston High school for 4 years. It has been a great school for me, as it has nurtured my growth academically, physically, and mentally. It has helped prepare me for college and made me feel ready for my post high-school education. I know that wherever I go in life, I owe a lot of my success to Thurston High School and its involvement in the development of my character and personality.

At Thurston High School there are many opportunities to be involved in activities with people who share something with you. From my experience the teachers and administrators are hard workers with full and soft hearts. I enjoy going to classes, for the teachers' energy and excitement during lessons is inspiring and encouraging to learn.

It is a really good school. They focus more on sports than academics most times. All in all though, we do have good academics as well, with many dual enrollment courses offered.
