Keep teachers that are unqualified in order to pay them less. Not a good model. They promise one thing and give another. Do not trust admin. Cahnces are they won't be there long.

Schools are tough. This school ranks high because it draws the college bound and has long standing traditions. They buy into all of it and succeed. Maybe God's protection is over this place on the hill.
