Incompetent!! As for teachers character ..some are dishonest, mainly Special Needs classs grades K through First grade. Highly recommend having video cameras for child safety.

My two kids went through 8 years at Ed Smith K-8. The teachers cared deeply about the kids and there was always good community support. Both kids are now "A" students in high school, doing well in AP courses.
