We did have one teacher incident but we went directly to the principal, vice principal, counselor and they were immediately responsive and took quick action to rectify the situation. I am not sure why this school is a 4/10. Quite frankly, they deserve a 10/10. Amazing staff, safe school, all around terrific district. I am so happy to have my kids in this school and district! Thank you Collins Elementary for being a great school for my kids. I wouldn’t have them go anywhere else!...

Wonderful, all the way around. The 4/10 rating is misleading and, frankly, wrong. Probably was rated by bitter parents whose children, for whatever reason, either didn't do as well as the parents expected or whose children were 'part of the problem' instead of 'part of the solution'.
