Ocean Lakes has been an excellent school for those interested in stem and provide a diverse range of challenging math and science courses. It also offers offers many other classes including languages, fine arts, and AP classes. The most frustrating part has been changes to rules halfway through the year and transportation.

I completely enjoyed the four years I attend Ocean Lakes High school. I loved following some of the footsteps of my two uncles and five cousins that attended. Ocean Lakes is a Magnet / Academy school that offers AP and Dual enrollment classes. This allows you to have all the advantages to succeed in your education or career goals. My only worse experience would be the food, but I'm also a picky eater.

Overall, I'm glad I applied here for the math and science academy. While it is very competitive, and there is some academic toxicity, if you find the right group of people you are set. I wouldn't take these 4 years back, and I've met some of the best teachers and friends I think I'll ever have.

The teachers were extremely friendly and welcoming, the special education teachers were helping me to get involved in after school activities and be a basketball manager over there.
