GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have attended Willard Public Schools my entire life, and overall I have been very happy. They provide many options of sports and activities to get involved. I have played softball and basketball for years, and I am a member of the Student Government Association and the National Honors Society. Some of the school lunches could be improved, and they could be less strict about dress code. They could focus more on more important issues.

Willard is a great high school! The teachers care and the staff is helpful. As a former student, I can say that the high school admin cares about the students and their safety.

My experience at Willard has been one of trials and tribulations along with some triumphs. The administration needs some serious work and cared more and grades and sports (of which most didn't succeed due to poor coaching). The teachers overall were decent, some not doing their jobs but I don't blame them, would you work for that salary? The amount of fights that happened and do happen are too many to count, the response time is far too slow. However it isn't all bad, what really makes it worth it was the teachers who shine and make the children the priority, the moments when the school comes together to mourn and heal, and when you see the younger grades before you hit their moment of maturity.

Both our children have graduated from Willard High School. They were both extremely well prepared for very challenging university curriculum and were able to graduate with their degrees in 4 years. There are excellent opportunities for AP and Dual Credit classes, a variety of co-curricular clubs, an...

I absolutely loved my time at Willard High School. We unexpectedly left the country I call home due to an invasion a few months before I started my senior year here in fall of 2022. The teachers were all very understanding of minor issues I had because of this, and gave me margin whenever I needed i...

2 years into this "pandemic" and the overweight politically correct left-leaning "teachers" are still running around in masks. I used to work there and was made to feel uncomfortable for refusing to wear a face diaper to fit in after it became "optional". As a former teacher I know these teachers ar...

My experience with this school isn't good. I don't exactly feel the safest here since there has been boys threatening girls to do certain things to them and yet not much was done about it, which makes me feel less safe. There has been certain threats as well that made me feel even less safe. Student...
