Belair’s a central spot between downtown and the suburbs
A little over 10 miles from downtown Augusta, Belair offers homebuyers a convenient neighborhood with everything to do in their backyard. “I would say convenience is its selling point,” says Karen Parker, a Realtor with RE/MAX Reinvented. “You can get to downtown Augusta quickly and to the suburbs on the western part of town quickly, too.” With quick access to downtown Augusta and the suburbs west of the area, Belair is a middle ground for homebuyers considering putting down roots in the area.
