Developed between 1971 and 2014, most Woodbridge homes feature Mediterranean-inspired New Traditional architecture. Yale Loop, a circular thoroughfare designed to recreate the Main Street character of a well-established East Coast community, is lined with blooming jacarandas and duplex and triplex units that look like sprawling estates with rear-facing garages. Elsewhere in the community is a mix of single-family homes, attached and single-family detached condos as well as townhouses with stucco and wood exteriors, blending seamlessly to create a cohesive architectural look. Residents may walk or jog along the pathways that loop around the lakes, or play golf at the nearby Oak Creek Golf Club. Overall the climate stays in the mid 70's. It can get warm and in upwards of the 90s towards the end of the summer, so it is definitely rec to have a place with air conditioning
