You can find established sections of the neighborhood with 1950s and ‘60s ranch-style and split-level homes with spacious yards, as well as New Traditional homes with modern farmhouse and Craftsman-inspired designs. These often have low-maintenance yards and attached two-car garages. Several townhouse communities are spread throughout the area, most of which were built in the late 2000s and some that are new construction.

Commuters can easily get around the city, thanks to quick access to nearby highways. “It’s off of Chippenham Parkway, so it’s a very convenient location,” say Patricia & Robert Barton, who both work with Joyner Fine Properties.
