Sandcastle's homes are in an ideally located Twin Cities suburb
Midway between Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Sandcastle’s location gives the neighborhood a geographical connection that other communities can't claim. Another benefit of homes in this area is their location less than a mile from Rosedale Center, says Scott Rehovsky, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty for 25 years, speaking about one of the region's largest shopping areas. “It’s a hot spot for Roseville and the Twin Cities with great stores, a movie theater and some hot, award-winning restaurants."

While most streets don’t have sidewalks, they are wide enough for cars and pedestrians to pass safely. Minnesota Highway 88 and 29th Avenue Northeast divide the neighborhood into three sections. A majority of homes are in the northwest section of Sandcastle. The remaining southern sections of the community are largely industrial and commercial, with a few apartment buildings. Condominiums are found in the northwest of the neighborhood and range from about $80,000 to $135,000. Townhouses with contemporary, open floorplans have recently sold for about $330,000. Midcentury homes sell for about $375,000 to $420,000.
