A large portion of the neighborhood consists of apartment communities like Bella Castello and condominium developments like Brickyard Place and Sienna Court. These late 20th-century condo communities feature pools, lounge areas for work or studying and monthly HOA fees of up to $700 for ground maintenance and utilities. Streets are laid in a grid pattern, covered with mature palm trees, blooming primroses and shading maples, and asphalt roads are lined with sidewalks connecting to small intersections with crosswalks.
