Pickleball fanatics can play around the clock at one $1.68 million house in Portland, Oregon.

The two-story home at 5044 SW Windsor Court landed on the market on Friday to a warm welcome. The house drew nearly 30 showings in recent days, with visitors walking around the 3,104-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence.

Sitting on just over a quarter of an acre of land, the midcentury modern house offers several gathering spaces. A pickleball court splashes across the backyard, which is next to a small garden. As part of the Wilcox Estates neighborhood, the forthcoming owners get access to a community pool and tennis courts.

"The neighborhood is amazing. People rarely leave. People come and stay and live there for 30-plus years," said Macey Laurick, listing agent with Windermere Realty Trust.

Laurick's clients are breaking the norm to move closer to family. They'll miss at least one thing for certain — "the great room with the vaulted ceilings," Laurick said. "It has some of the best natural light. In Portland, natural light is huge."

While the house has plenty of room for a family, Laurick said the house has the bedrooms spread out across the house. Buyers looking for adjacent rooms may need to adjust their expectations or might want to look elsewhere.

"For the right person, it’s great," Laurick said. "To find a house that is completely done in terms of this market where borrowing costs are where they are, [buyers] like that because their money goes further. It’s a super functional house."
