Charles Fisher was hands down the best realtor my husband and I could have worked with. Among many others, we were one of the crazy ones who were house hunting during a global pandemic. We looked at 62 houses and put in 19 offers before we found our home and Charles was by our side the entire time. Because there were no open houses during this time, Charles came to every viewing with us, which is no easy feat and takes a lot of his time and energy. A couple of months into our search, we switched from looking in Los Angeles to looking in Orange County and Charles didn't miss a beat. Even though O.C. isn't his hub, every listing we looked at and loved Charles got to know the realtor very well, our offers were always in the top running and we were always aware of exactly what was going on with other offers - All because Charles developed a relationship with the seller's realtor, was professional, charming, and ON IT! His knowledge for the real estate market is incomparable, even as he adapted to learning about the new crazy market of the Covid pandemic! It made him easy to trust every step of the way with the biggest purchase of our life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again if we ever plan to sell and buy again, hopefully in the far far far future :]

5 stars aren't enough for Charles. Referred to him by a friend, Charles seemlessly took us from an introductory phone call all the way to the finish line of a new home for our family in about a month. To accomplish this in what has got to be the craziest real estate market in the history of man feels like a miracle, but I know it's just what Charles does. We decided to work with Charles because we wanted someone with local knowledge of the area just in case it helped give us a leg up in our search. And it was that local knowledge that got us our home, and without I'm sure we would still be looking. So yes, Charles accomplished the most important goal of finding us a home, but does he coast on that success? Absolutely not. He was always available to answer our myriad of questions throughout the process. And as busy as I can only imagine he was at this time, he always available to meet in person and punctual to boot. He went above and beyond in coordinating inspections, quotes, and recommendations. He truly made what should be a stressful process feel like a breeze. I can't think him enough.

I can definitively say, we would not have landed the place we did if it wasn't for Charles. The whole process was great. He was knowledgeable, always there when we needed him, and always provided the insight we needed to understand what was happening. What I'd like to highlight is the way he helped us find a home that was priced below value and come out on top going against 5 offers (2 of them cash). This is where Charles' experience came in. He worked with our mortgage broker so that our offer would close in 25 days. This made us more competitive against the cash offers. He talked with the other realtor, and when we were given a chance to counter offer, he closed the deal.

“There are not words powerful enough; there is not a rating high enough to convey what a magnificent person and over-the-top realtor Charles Fisher is! Living on the East coast, I expected to sell my beautiful West coast beach home without a hitch, given the then-current market. I had my pick of Realtors but when the going got rough, all but Charles dropped out. Charles went above and beyond the scope of “seller’s agent” from the very beginning of what became a 12 month renovation ordeal. At least 3 times a week for that entire year he dropped by the project site, conducted progress inspections and reported back to me. I found Charles’ real estate expertise to be top-notch. He’s been doing business and building connections for years. And he called on those connections to negotiate the best subcontractor prices and the highest quality work on my home. I never expected this level of dedication from a selling agent. Charles could have backed off until the house was ready for sale. Instead, he became my advisor, my “project supervisor”. Charles helped me find subcontractors, worked with them and applied pressure when necessary to get things done in a timely manner. Charles brought in the roofers, landscapers and stagers and made everything come together for a beautiful presentation of a fabulously renovated product. On market launch day, we received a barrage of offers which not only exceeded the market value and our asking price but we had offers that exceeded the absolute highest “expert-estimated” top sale price for that type of home in that particular neighborhood!! Charles sold that house for a price that EVERYONE said couldn’t be achieved. That sale yielded me FIVE times what I paid for it - and that would NOT have happened, had it not been for Charles Fisher; his helpfulness, integrity, dedication, connections and perseverance."

Charles is an absolute Rockstar realtor!!! He helped us purchase our new home in LA, going above and beyond to ensure that the process moved along efficiently and smoothly, thereby reducing the stress usually involved in purchasing a home. We closed within 30 days of our first viewing!!! I really appreciated that he always made himself available for calls to discuss any concerns we had, additionally simply keeping us updated daily, sometimes even hour by hour. I felt so comfortable that we would be able to close, because I knew that he was on top of everything. He demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication to ensuring that we were able to purchase our home, at times pushing hard with the sellers so that we were able to get everything we wanted out of the purchase, following through on every item. Even after closing, Charles was still very helpful in connecting us with great service providers to take care of any additional repairs. Hiring Charles is the best thing you can do for your buying process—period. At every stage of our journey he was diligent, communicative, and totally on every detail. He's deeply knowledgable and experienced, and got us literally all of the terms we wanted, while saving us a ton of money. Even after we've moved in, he's continuing to show that he truly cares by staying involved: helping answer us questions and resolving some sneaky stuff left behind from the previous owner. When this all started, there were so many unknowns for me about the home buying process. Charles gained my trust through his personal integrity and work ethic. He is always ready and willing to help. If he doesn't already know the answer to your questions, he will do his diligence to find out a correct response in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend Charles to any buyer (new or repeat). As a first time home buyer, he helped me feel comfortable throughout the process and backed it up with effort, his own personal experience and a rolodex of seasoned professionals which all expedited the process and help get this deal done! My wife and I worked with Charles for well over a year on the purchase of our first home. We were looking off and on for an extensive period of time and Charles was very professional, patient and responsive regardless of where we were in the process.

When we eventually found the right place Charles walked us through the process from top to bottom and got our offer delivered in an expedited fashion enabling us to get the home under contract actually below the asking price. Additionally, during the closing process Charles was also very hands on.

We were planning to renovate the property as soon as we closed and doing so required for countless meetings onsite with various contractors and at city hall. Often times Charles did the meetings on our behalf due to scheduling conflicts. I would highly recommend working with Charles on your next transaction.

Charles was a recommendation from a friend, and we were not disappointed. The best things about working with Charles are his knowledge of the process/negotiations and his responsiveness. I'd consider myself a somewhat high-maintenance client in that I am impatient. Charles was always available to talk/text and help answer my questions. He somehow made it feel like we were his only clients, though I know he has many. We were also looking to do some renovation and Charles was super knowledgeable about what may or may not be possible as we were looking at prospective houses. This was really helpful to us making our final decision. I'd highly recommend Charles to anyone, but especially those who want to feel like their relationship with their real estate agent is more than just a transaction.

We worked with Charles to purchase our first home and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Charles is a professional, patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our first home buying experience a success. We were very focused on the Hollyglen neighborhood in Hawthorne, an area that Charles knows extremely well. When the perfect home popped up, Charles was able to work with the listing agent to allow us to be the first people to see the home, and subsequently put our offer in first. The home buying process can be stressful and overwhelming, but having someone like Charles working with us, and for us, who understood what we wanted to purchase made the process much easier. What makes Charles even more special is that he has been helping to facilitate the home improvements/work that needs to be completed before we move in, even after we closed on the home. If you are looking to buy or list your home in the LA area, we cannot recommend working with Charles highly enough! He is a fantastic agent and a wonderful person too.
