Albert Karchikian

For Albert Karchikian, a Los Angeles native with almost two decades of real estate and banking experience, a career in sales was a natural culmination of the majority of his life spent in and around the industry. His long history began in the banking sector with lending and business accounts, transitioning to real estate starting in LA’s Westside with Coldwell Banker in Beverly Hills. His passion for selling real estate quickly expanded to the commercial field. He is now the Director of Sales and Leasing at Specialized Realty where his decades-long expertise, market knowledge, and leadership are an integral part of the company and the dynamic team he works with.

In addition to working with affluent residential and multifamily clientele, Albert has represented clients in the sale and leasing of properties ranging from multi-million dollar retail centers to industrial warehouses. His success in all aspects of real estate has been attributed to his uncompromised integrity, fierce negotiating skills, and a laser sharp focus on the unique needs of his clients. By becoming an invaluable resource to his clients and always having their best interest in hand, Albert will continue to create, build, and preserve wealth for them.

Albert graduated from Mt. Sierra College where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Telecommunications.
