As a Colorado Native, a Colorado State University graduate, and now a Denver resident, Ashley is an expert in the Denver and Northern Colorado real estate markets. She enjoys soaking up all things that Colorado has to offer while spending time with her husband, Joe, and daughters, Penelope and Mack. She was awarded Coldwell Banker's Diamond Circle Designation in 2021 and is on her way to earning President's Club for 2022! She has helped several hundred families successfully move to and from resale, new construction, and luxury properties. She also negotiated purchases of short-term rentals, long term rentals, flips, industrial, and even a fraternity house investment!
