Bill Lustig

Bill Lustig is a perennial award-winning agent who takes great pride in selling real estate in his hometown. Bill was born in LA, grew up locally and has been selling real estate for 37 years in and around the neighborhoods in which he was raised, went to school and where friends and family live.

Working primarily by referral from current and past clients as well as fellow realtors, Bill works with Buyers and Sellers all over town. Historic and Vintage properties are his passion and specialty and, in since 2000 alone, he’s sold more than 101 properties in historic Spaulding Square and Sunset Square (two charming single-family neighborhoods at the foot of the Hollywood Hills) and adjacent West Hollywood.
A graduate of Pomona College with a master’s degree from Boston University, Bill’s a former homeowner in historic Spaulding Square who now lives in the hills of Sherman Oaks with his wife Lynn who recently retired from the Bill and Lynn Lustig real estate team.
