Brian Grauberger

Brian has had the pleasure of helping individuals, businesses, and even municipalities with their real estate needs since 1994. He has consistently ranked among the top 1% nationally in sales production. He enjoys working with a first-time home buyer, as well as the individual ready for the complete custom home experience.

Brian is a fourth generation Coloradoan and know Northern Colorado extremely well. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Political Science. After working for six years in the Denver area in the field of local government management and economic development, he chose to come back to the city he loves and help people with their most cherished investment - their home.

Brian has a beautiful wife and four amazing children that help keep him focused and keep life in perspective.
