He makes it extremely easy to work with and to learn from as doing business with him. If you are in the Lansing area and are looking for someone to put you and your familys best interest before their own he will absolutely stick his neck out for his clients as he always goes above and beyond of expectations. I can grately say this man has not only changed his own life and families near you but even my own! I will forever pass on his name in good spirits to people that are serious about getting into a new home or even selling their current. I would give them 100 stars If I could.

Brian provided the amazing service. Best realator I have ever dealt with in 4 different states while buying homes. Brian makes the entire process easy and does everything possible for his clients. no matter if you're buying or selling. From helping close virtually, packing up final items in the old house for them and even stopped to meet them in Florida while he was there for a vacation! Lesley was an absolute dream to work with! We will be honest, we went into the buying process blind and connected with Lesley & Century 21 through Zillow. We couldn't be happier that our luck landed us with Lesley. Lesley was able to get us our dream of a first home and helped put our anxieties at ease at every turn. She is so personable, never made us feel insecure or intimidated with the buying process, and was always willing to hold our hand and walk us through each and every question we had (and educated us on the questions we didn't even know to ask)!

Lesley went over the moon for us when she helped me to arrange a surprise proposal in our new home allowing us to celebrate as a newly engaged couple. Great experience all around. Tod Perleberg went above and beyond as my Realtor! He made me feel as he didn't have any other clients, which I knew was not the case. We looked at every home in the specific location I was looking at within 1-2 days of the listing being posted. He made the business relationship feel more like a friendship that we have had for years! Our existing house was a a 150+ year old farmhouse with many of the issues expected with a house of that vintage. I was a first time homebuyer in a terrible market (for buyers). Few houses on the market to keep up with high demand. Any house with some promise was typically selling within a day or two.

Brian walked me through the entire process patiently, listened to what I wanted, and helped me work with my lender to figure out the best thing for my budget. He understands ways to make the offer more appealing in a tough market and after a little over a month working with Brian I found my dream home that had everything I asked for and more. Because of Brian’s expertise and knowledge I was able to put in the best possible offer.
