Brian has sold two homes for us and purchased 1. I really thought that a "Good Realtor" would find a home, show it, and then be done. Brian on the other hand knows what will sell a home and for how much. He also is not afraid to get his hands dirty to get a home in a good sellable condition even if it means coming out on a sunday and power washing a home, getting on a ladder and replacing soffit, or anything else that might be needed to get a home to that magic sale price.

When it came to purchasing a home we gave brian our spending limits and minimum requirements. After looking at a few homes he was able to find our dream home and getting us in touch with a financer who was able to get us approved for the mortgage. He literally covered everything and the most we had to do was show up for the closing and sign some papers. He kept in touch with us on every step of the way.

I send all my friends to Brian as he has 3 times now gone above and beyond. It helps that he is a down to earth guy and talks on the level rather than sugar coating everything.

Lesley was an absolute dream to work with! We will be honest, we went into the buying process blind and connected with Lesley & Century 21 through Zillow. We couldn't be happier that our luck landed us with Lesley. Lesley was able to get us our dream of a first home and helped put our anxieties at ease at every turn. She is so personable, never made us feel insecure or intimidated with the buying process, and was always willing to hold our hand and walk us through each and every question we had (and educated us on the questions we didn't even know to ask)!

Great experience all around. Tod Perleberg went above and beyond as my Realtor! He made me feel as he didn't have any other clients, which I knew was not the case. We looked at every home in the specific location I was looking at within 1-2 days of the listing being posted. I was a first time homebuyer in a terrible market (for buyers). Few houses on the market to keep up with high demand. Any house with some promise was typically selling within a day or two.

Brian walked me through the entire process patiently, listened to what I wanted, and helped me work with my lender to figure out the best thing for my budget. Brian helped me understand the process of buying my first home and was very easy to reach with questions. He was able to connect me with a great lender and walked me through every step of the home-buying process. Brian was very honest about the pros and cons of each house we visited. It was great to have his experienced input so that I could make an informed decision. I also found that he was able to suggest and explain different negotiation options to me when it came time to make an offer. As a first time home buyer, working with Brian really made the experience go smoothly.
