Jordan is absolutely the best realtor. He helped us long distance to eventually buy land after running through other options. He was very patient and understanding of our situation. When things here didn’t work out, he listed the land and sold it quickly. We consider him a friend.

I have to admit I must have been the worst client but Brian was the most patient human I have ever worked with. I began my house hunt by looking for vacant land on Zillow.. Brian reached out and showed me the property. During the showing he was very informative regarding the amounts and necessary steps to building a home. After looking at several land options I began to question the building process and decided to switch to buying a home versus land. So, the search switched and Brian was right there with helping me narrow down what I wanted in a house and where a perfect location would be based my needs and price point. Brian was great with estimating renovation and repair costs would generally be. And here is where I have to this, pretty much a year into working with Brian is where I think he’s ultimate patience shined.. I switched my search again.. and started looking for townhouses. It was a switch made under his guidance and primarily due to the cost of single family homes. Anyway, I can’t say enough about how great Brian and his team are. Brian has a wonderful personality which makes working with him a joy. His understanding of the ever changing Colorado market was invaluable to me in my search. I, after about a year and a half, found the perfect home in the perfect location. I have to give Brian the full credit on helping get that perfection all under the appraised value.. which given the Colorado market has to be a miracle!!! So, long story short.. If you need a realtor.. pick him!!! He is truly the best!!
