He is the son of Chester & Maxine Blair. Their family has family ties to the Central Coast for over Six Generations. His Mother, Maxine Fiscalini Blair was the Postmaster of Pismo Beach and Shell Beach for over 25 years. His Dad, Chester Blair was retired Navy and a Commercial Fisherman on the Central Coast. His sister is Chesterlyn Becerra, and she retired from the Lindamood-Bell Learning Process Center. His son is Josh Blair; Lives in Santa Barbara and has held a Real Estate License for 20 years.
