Bruce Durrell

During a sixteen years in the real estate industry Bruce has:
· Helped hundreds of clients buy and sell property
· Taught hundreds of agents the basics and not-so-basics of real estate
· Invested in numerous rental properties and fix and flips
· Won many awards for sales and customer service, including six 5280 Magazine 5 star service awards
· Worked every corner of the Greater Denver area
· Seen all sorts of weird and wonderful transactions
· Had a great deal of fun doing it!

Originally from Australia, Bruce was enticed to the US by a cute Canadian girl and was fortunate enough to convince her to marry him. He lives happily in Denver with his wife and two daughters. When Bruce isn’t joyfully engrossed in real estate, he loves running, Australian Rules Football, snowboarding, writing and having opinions about everything
