About Bryan

With 26 years with RE/MAX and 16 years selling real estate I have a broad
knowledge of the industry. I work as a buyers agent and as a listing agent and
believe this gives me the perspective that is beneficial to each. I have worked with
numerous relocation companies helping their clients buy and sell. I am a Realtor
which means I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and am held by
a code of ethics. With that I have a fiduciary duty to my clients and always have
their best interests in mind.

I am skilled at marketing, negotiating, communication and managing the entire
transaction process. No two real estate transactions are the same and that is why
26 years in real estate is beneficial to you. I try to for see issues before they pop up
and head them off. I have also aligned myself with great resources from mortgage
professionals to home stagers.

Bryan has helped me with several real estate transactions. He is easy to contact, always returning a call or text immediately. It's easy to schedule showings with him. Bryan doesn't use high pressure sales tactics, and has aways worked within my price range. I know that he has had my best interest at heart.

Bryan has always taken care of every detail for me. He has made the transactions easy and painless for both selling a house and buying a house.

I had some roof repairs to get done in the process of selling my last house, and Bryan helped me through the challenges of getting the roof fixed on time. He was always there to help me thread the entire selling and buying process.

I can't imagine ever using another agent. I think I'm spoiled by the amazing service that Bryan offers.
