I didn’t know why I needed a real estate agent until I started working with Catherine. Working with Catherine has been incredible, she is the most thorough and hard-working agent I have met. At the beginning she sat down with me and really listened to what I wanted in a house. She sent me options for weeks until we found my dream house. Once we found the house, she contacted every construction company that had done any work on the house and got reports from all of them. She also combed through city records and found that a building permit had not been closed by one of the contractors and made sure it was closed out. During the buying process we hit quite a few bumps due to things out of our control. But Catherine went the extra mile each time and got us through all of them. I believe if I’d had a normal agent the deal would not have gone through and I would not have my dream house now. She was also able to talk the sellers down by $20,000. If you want someone who is an expert in every step of the home buying process I highly recommend working with Catherine.

I can't imagine a better real estate agent than Catherine! She helped us buy a house when we relocated to the area and the entire process went smoothly. Catherine is extremely knowledgeable about the area and pros/cons of different neighborhoods, which was a huge help since we only knew the basics. We had a marathon weekend of house viewings (none of which panned out) and eventually bought a house via a 40 minute video tour that Catherine custom made for us since the home popped on the market when we were unavailable. There was never any pressure to buy - just her helpful hand guiding us along the way. She was proactive, responsive, and friendly and kept us updated on things even after we officially closed. She even helped us negotiate an offer *under* list price in a hot market. Her assistant Sam is also fantastic at her job and kept up with the little details behind the scenes. We just wanted to send a HUGE Thank You to Catherine Roger's and her team, they are absolutely amazing. We First met Catherine through our sister/brother, she also helped our mother find her first home and also helped another brother, so we reached out to her when we were looking for our first home! We were absolutely stunned with her knowledge, her professional personality, and the way she just listened to all of our wants and needs.... she was extremely patient with us throughout the whole process and she helped us find what we thought was going to be our "forever home" well as time went on we ended up contacting Catherine again she has always been available to us for advice, and we decided to be first time sellers, Eventhough, the selling process didn't require much on our end we were well assured and confident in the abilities of Catherine. Catherine was great she walked us through the entire process, she made sure we understood everything, we even had multiple offers that she helped us through, 😁 I could go on and on with what an amazing realtor Catherine is, we are definitely going to be calling her for our new house and we recommend her to everyone we know, to anyone reading this if you need a realtor, who will become a friend for life please contact Catherine!!!!!

We lived out of state and were looking to move to Fort Collins. Catherine made the entire process effortless. We spoke on the phone and she listened to what we said and what wasn't said. From that, she sent multiple listings that would suit our parameters, as well as information on the area. It didn't take long before we found a place that felt like home. Even after the sale, she didn't just abandon us, but was there to patiently answer questions and offer suggestions. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would.

My husband and I came to Colorado from California and didn’t know anyone but needed a realtor. We’ve bought two houses and sold two in Ca so we have plenty of experience with realtors and just wanted someone good, but we didn’t know anyone here to be referred to.

We saw a house that Catherine was selling so we called her to ask about the house we were interested in. She literally called us right away after we left her a message and instantly became our realtor.
Catherine is seriously the BEST & I mean BEST realtor we’ve ever had. She asks questions we never even thought of and is seriously looking out for our best interest. We truly felt blessed that she was our realtor. Even my kids would ask about her when we were home. Haha I would never use anyone else in the future. She really showed us what a realtor is supposed to do. She set the bar very high.

We had a condo in Fort Collins that we wanted to sell, and we needed someone to help us get it on the market. Since we lived out of state, we were especially concerned with finding the right agent. We contacted a relative who had recently sold a house, and bought a condo, and asked her for a recommendation. She said Catherine Rogers had done a great job for her and was sure we would be able to work with her as well.
We met with Catherine and began the process of getting the condo on the market. She carefully explained what she’d be able to do and what we needed to do. In our walk through, Catherine suggested a number of items such as flooring, painting, and appliances that would make the property more attractive, and we followed her suggestions. Catherine also helped us find some great craftsmen to make the changes we needed. The changes were made in a timely manner, and WOW, they looked fantastic.
Catherine was very responsive to our questions and concerns and responded in a timely manner by phone, text or email.
With Catherine’s help, we sold the condo shortly after it was put on the market. We were very pleased with the professionalism of all the people who helped us, including the office staff. My husband and I bought our first home in Fort Collins over 6 years ago and we have recently sold the same home. In both cases, Catherine was fantastic to work with. She responded to all of our needs very quickly. We moved out of state when selling our Colorado home and we left before closing. She and Diana were there to help us when people need to get in the house to replace carpet, fix, things up, stage the house, and for everything else. It was so great to know that our home was in good hands as we were not around. She helped us with everything! What a great experience! Catherine is also very knowledgeable in the Real Estate industry. She knew everything we asked and if she wasn't sure she got back to us within a very short time. She was more than willing to work as a team with us and help us with our needs. She was very patient to work around our busy schedule. She made us feel like we were her only clients- even though I'm sure she has tons since she does such a great job!!
