Where do I start with Cox real estate group?! We have used Chelsea Thomas for two home sales and two purchases and both times have been incredible. In a market where you need to be on your toes as a buyer, with short notice showings, bidding wars etc. Chelsea was so attentive to make our goals of buying happen. Having Jourdan and Dave there for a showing or two when Chelsea was with a client was like having a team of realtors behind you as a buyer .. which is what you need right now. They were incredible. They support each other, which is what helped us feel supported. Chelsea was creative and attentive to the home inventory with our current home purchase, and we avoided a bidding war all together because of it. We are still in shock at how much we lucked out, and it was all because of Cox RE. The purchases and sales with Chelsea were flawless and she got us top dollar. Their professionalism, kind hearts, attention to detail and drive, all with a small business-family feel are what will ALWAYS keep us loyal to Dave, Chelsea and Jourdan.
