We were relocating to Fort Collins for work and thought it would take months to find the right house. It was a huge source of stress that no one needs when starting a new job. Well, a connection introduced us to Chrissy in February and we closed on a fantastic home at the end of March. What made that possible was Chrissy's focus, resourcefulness, and flexibility. She's a go-getter! Chrissy stands apart from the 'set it and forget it' type of agents who just set up searches and let things coast. She knew we had an aggressive timeline and anxiety about relocating, and she made us feel like her top priority. She made everything smooth and joyful.

One of the things that stood out about working with Chrissy was how quickly she adapted to our feedback. A lot about home buying is getting the feel of a place. We were searching remotely and didn't have the luxury of visiting every house. She listened to us and asked questions to help her get to the heart of what we were dreaming of. Then she'd make arrangements to show us houses over Zoom, and we'd go on virtual walks around houses and neighborhoods. And I'll tell you something else: Chrissy is the best ambassador for the NoCo area! She deeply knows and loves the area. We're so excited about our new home and our new community!

Chrissy is the most authentic, supportive and knowledgeable realtor! . We started our home buying process over a year ago and Chrissy stuck with us as we went back and forth on what we wanted and when to buy. She was so in intuitive and able to read our personalities, likes and dislikes so that she could provide options and ideas that fit our needs and preferences. We placed 3 offers on homes before we got our current house, and Chrissy was always so helpful as we navigated them and we never felt pressured to make a decision or offer anything we weren’t comfortable with. When we made our last offer, and got our current house, she advocated for our offer in such a professional and kind way and was so incredibly organized and resourceful as we completed the process. She communicated with us almost every day just to check in or to provide information, resources or to ensure we had completed necessary steps as it got closer to the closing.
Buying a home is overwhelming to say the least, but knowing that Chrissy was by our side the entire way, and even still after the closing, has been so amazing . We love Chrissy as a person, friend and a realtor! You won’t find a more authentic, caring, resourceful and organized realtor out there!

With inventory levels low and market somewhat wonky, we relied on the experience of Chrissy barker to guide us through this tricky path.
With her amazing knowledge of the area and seemingly endless positive energy and upbeat attitude, we set out to find the perfect home to raise our baby boy, Felix.
We were quick to find something that suited our needs, fortunately and Chrissy kicked into high gear!

I think the biggest difference between Chrissy and the other realtor's we have worked with is her consistency and genuine heart for helping her clients. She first sold us our house back in 2018, and I have no doubt that we would not have got that home without her. Period. But over the next few years as we renovated that home she would always stop by or text to check in. If a house in that neighborhood went up for sale she would go by and check it out just so she would have an idea of the value of our home.
In 2022 my husband had a super quick turnaround for a new job and we needed to sell this house quickly. Because of her consistency she was already on it, and it was a little under 4 weeks from start to final sale with money in the bank, with an offer above asking price.
She works for you, simple as that. She's now a close friend and I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
