Chrissy is the most authentic, supportive and knowledgeable realtor! . We started our home buying process over a year ago and Chrissy stuck with us as we went back and forth on what we wanted and when to buy. She was so in intuitive and able to read our personalities, likes and dislikes so that she could provide options and ideas that fit our needs and preferences. We placed 3 offers on homes before we got our current house, and Chrissy was always so helpful as we navigated them and we never felt pressured to make a decision or offer anything we weren’t comfortable with. When we made our last offer, and got our current house, she advocated for our offer in such a professional and kind way and was so incredibly organized and resourceful as we completed the process. She communicated with us almost every day just to check in or to provide information, resources or to ensure we had completed necessary steps as it got closer to the closing.
Buying a home is overwhelming to say the least, but knowing that Chrissy was by our side the entire way, and even still after the closing, has been so amazing . We love Chrissy as a person, friend and a realtor! You won’t find a more authentic, caring, resourceful and organized realtor out there!

Thank you Chrissy and John. Just closed on my very first home, and I really have Chrissy and her partner, John, to thank. They were endlessly patient with me despite my eccentric and picky nature. We saw a lot of houses and I said 'no' an awful lot. But when we finally found the right one, they made the process of offering as easy as possible, walked me through things to expect during the closing, and overall just made what could have been a nightmarishly stressful experience much, MUCH easier than expected.

My family and I recently moved from the Aspen valley area looking for a fresh start and a place to raise our new baby boy.
With inventory levels low and market somewhat wonky, we relied on the experience of Chrissy barker to guide us through this tricky path.
With her amazing knowledge of the area and seemingly endless positive energy and upbeat attitude, we set out to find the perfect home to raise our baby boy, Felix.
We were quick to find something that suited our needs, fortunately and Chrissy kicked into high gear!
Not only did she get us a showing within minutes of viewing the property listing but also had the listing realtor on the phone picking his brain about home details….
When it came time to make an offer, Chrissy positioned us well to make an informed decision based upon comps in the area.
As there was another offer on the house, Chrissy expertly guided us to an appropriate price that put us in the running for a winning bid!
The seller had a choice and Chrissy worked her magic!
As a mother herself, Chrissy understands the value of family and really dug deep to ensure the listing agent and seller knew how much this would mean to us!
We have a 6 month old baby, a new puppy and my wife and I just got married in October. To say this was a big deal for us is a massive understatement.
Her compassion, loyalty and tenacity really shined, as the seller chose us in the final moments of the decision. It could have gone either way, however, we had the Chrissy Barker difference in our corner!!!!

I think the biggest difference between Chrissy and the other realtor's we have worked with is her consistency and genuine heart for helping her clients. She first sold us our house back in 2018, and I have no doubt that we would not have got that home without her. Period. But over the next few years as we renovated that home she would always stop by or text to check in. If a house in that neighborhood went up for sale she would go by and check it out just so she would have an idea of the value of our home.
In 2022 my husband had a super quick turnaround for a new job and we needed to sell this house quickly. Because of her consistency she was already on it, and it was a little under 4 weeks from start to final sale with money in the bank, with an offer above asking price.
She works for you, simple as that. She's now a close friend and I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
