Dan Lewin

Dan graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. degree, which included a real estate concentration from USC's Marshall School of Business, and subsequently joined Marcus & Millichap as a student housing and multifamily specialist. As a Trojan himself, Dan provides valuable insight into the USC student housing market and local developments. Additionally, he offers extensive experience in numerous aspects of the multifamily housing sector, having worked for several years as an analyst and acquisition specialist for a South Bay real estate investment firm. Since joining the firm, Dan has earned the Rising Star Award for Marcus & Millichap's South Bay office.
