Dan Park

Prior to joining Madison and Company Dan began his real estate business with Keller Williams in March of 2003. He was awarded “Rookie of the Year” his first year and has continued to grow his business successfully. In 2013, Dan was awarded the “FIVE STAR AWARD” from 5280 magazine rating him in the top 6% of all realtors in the Denver area. Dan has continued to be a recipient of this award every year thereafter with his excellence in customer service. He always searches to educate his clients and make sure they receive the highest professional service they deserve. He is very competitive and accomplished when it comes to negotiations. With his competitive background, Dan has a passion for seeing his clients win and succeed in their transaction. He treats every real estate transaction like it is his own. Dan practices real estate all over Colorado with his focus being the south Denver area. He works with residential real estate helping Buyers and Sellers with single family homes, condos/townhomes, and land. Additionally, he has experience collaborating with clients in the fix and flip market and short sales. Dan lives in Castle Rock with his wife, Shelli and his children Aubrey and Ty. Dan loves to be outdoors and enjoys playing all sports including golf, football, basketball, and baseball.
