About David

David was born in Kansas and moved to Loveland when he was just 4 years old. As a long-time resident of Northern Colorado for five decades, he has a strong connection to the local community and has established a successful real estate business.

David began his real estate career in 1997 and joined The Group in 2022. Over the years, he has worked with hundreds of clients, from first-time home buyers to custom luxury home builds to seasoned investors. David is enthusiastic about finding the perfect home that fits each client’s unique lifestyle and helping them achieve their personal real estate goals. In both 2013 and 2017, he was awarded Realtor of the Year by the Loveland-Berthoud Association (LBAR) of REALTORS®. David currently serves as an LBAR board member and state director for the Colorado Association of Realtors, and for the past 20 years, he has chaired the LBAR Golf Committee and Legislative Committee.

David lives in Loveland with his wife, Lisa, who joined his team as a REALTOR in 2021. After 20 years in marketing and sales, Lisa is knowledgeable about using the latest technology and marketing tools to give sellers and buyers an advantage in the marketplace. Having spent most of her life in Colorado and 20+ years in Northern Colorado, Lisa loves where she lives and is enthusiastic about helping others find their home. His diligence and expertise with contracts coupled with Lisa’s charisma and strong work ethic create an unstoppable force. They both have deep roots in the community and can produce valuable insight into the history and nuances of each neighborhood.

Together, they have five sons and two granddaughters. David is an avid sports fan and in his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, traveling, and watching sports — especially his Oklahoma Sooners. David was a youth baseball coach for 27 years and a high school basketball referee for 25 years.
