David Quinonez

David's industry knowledge spans from financial analysis to operations, marketing and sales. David is passionate about his work, detail oriented, and adept at identifying his clients' needs and meeting them.

David has been in the real estate industry since 2004. Prior to his commercial real estate career, David was in residential real estate, where he acted as managing director of operations and marketing for a high volume, top performing, regional residential real estate broker. Before this, David served as an operational team leader at the Charles Schwab Company in San Francisco, California, where he collaborated in the development, testing and implementation of Charles Schwab's Cost Accounting Software.

Education
