About Dawne

Dawne Collier began her real estate career 17 years ago after being lured away from a medical administration position by her real estate broker-mother, Pam Collier. Her mother was working with a local builder at the time and needed an extra hand helping with her business. Learning the “ropes” in this business from a top selling broker like her mother is one of her greatest achievements. She likes to call herself a “Real Estate Brat” as she was also preceded in this business by her grandmother, Dorothy Reynolds. Being a Third-Generation broker along with other successful real estate family members in the Colorado market makes her proud to think this runs in their genes!

She has been married for 15 years to her “high-school sweetheart”—even though they went to completely different high schools. They met in a local billiards pool hall and share a passion for playing pool to this day. They have one fur-baby, a black Labrador, named Olive. She is three-years old and was born on Halloween, her all-time favorite holiday. She is a horror junkie and love all things scary, creepy and costume related! In her free time, she enjoys fishing and hunting with her husband. They enjoy vacationing in camping and fishing related destinations as well as Las Vegas for a pool tournament or some fun and relaxation.

In her real estate business, she works very closely with each of her clients to the point that they build a relationship like the trust of a family member. She enjoys all things that goes into the buying or selling process of a home. Her disclaimer when working with Buyer clients is how I am extremely honest and will give my actual opinion on a home including reasons to (or not to) purchase a home. She finds that people want to hear the positive and negative aspects to help them arrive at a decision. When working with Seller clients, Dawne finds that communication is key, with weekly meetings to stay on track with the successful sale of their most important asset.

This business is her true passion, and she stays on top of the most recent technology and local market information to give each of her clients the best tools and most accurate information to help them achieve real estate success.
