Debbie Hansen

A native of Madison, Wisconsin, Debbie moved to Northern Colorado in 1999 and hasn't looked back.

Debbie has a Colorado Real Estate Brokers License and is a Member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors. She was named Realtor of the Year in 2009 and Rookie of the Year in 2000. She served as President from 2006-2007. She is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Arts from the University of Arizona.

She has been a Broker Associate/Partner with The Group, Inc. since 1999 and has also been the Proprietor of Hansen Rentals during that time.

Debbie served as the Northern Colorado Economic Development Director from 2008-2010, was the Secretary of the Thompson Education Foundation from 2005-2007, a Director with the Loveland Rotary Club from 2003-2006, and President of Loveland Habitat for Humanity from 2002-2004. She is also a graduate of Leadership Loveland (Class of 2000) and has been involved with the Friends of McKee Hospital and Hospice of Larimer County as a Volunteer since 1999.
