I bought house from her 6 year ago and she was very professional friendly and honest and is well knowledge about everything too, and same house I sold after 5 year and close escrow in less then 30 days, I would recommend her to anyone , for her honesty knowledge & trust

After looking several months for the perfect location of my new business, Devra negotiated an amazing deal! She got our offer accepted and was able to get us more credit at the close of escrow to fix some items that needed fixing. I read Devra's reviews and was curious to put her to the test. She kept us in a constant loop of the process by communicating and texting to us daily. She always asked us if the next step will make us happy. She really cared about us and we felt special because of it. And at the close of escrow, she provided a professional closing CD with all the documents on it of all the paperwork we signed. If you are looking for the strong, smart, and well versed Realtor, look no further then Devra Zandell. Devra was there for me, day and night with prompt answers to all my questions! No email , text, or call went unanswered. Communication is a key factor for me as I run a very busy logistics & operations department and Devra never once let a message go unanswered! Within an hour or sooner, I had heard from her! She negotiated, established, and landed me in incredible deal in very high end neighborhood! No question I had was to little or too big to be figured out. No fear I had went unaddressed.
