About Eric

Eric’s passion for real estate can be traced back to the state of Wisconsin where he was the head coach for the University of Wisconsin-Madison swimming and diving team. He brought out the best in his athletes and spent an exorbitant amount of time on the tiniest of details in a sport where a fraction of a second can make a world of difference. This attention to detail paid off in 1996 when he coached his first Olympians. Eric brings that same energy and focus to real estate.

Eric also has a passion for connecting like-minded people and introducing them to the perfect tribe. In fact, it is not uncommon to catch Eric sharing an FNG Hazy IPA at Timnath Beerwerks or hitting the trails at Horsetooth Reservoir with his clients. Truth be told, he loves all that Northern Colorado, and the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
