Eva Barkman

Eva loves Colorado and enjoys what she does! While skiing at Steamboat during Spring Break from university in Winnipeg, Canada, she knew she wanted to make Colorado her home. After completing her degree, she got married, moved to Colorado and never looked back. Kurt and Eva are the parents of two amazing children, Michael and Jill, both in college. She is crazy about her 2 sweet Bouviers, her 2 hilarious cats and her 2 darling geriatric bunnies. Richmond homes provided a consummate and exciting learning environment with entry level and then move up buyers. Five years later Mission Viejo offered the opportunity to work in Highlands Ranch with custom homes. After touring the Parade of Homes in 1989, she fell in love with Castle Pines Village. When she began in 1990, there were 60 homes in the Village. There are now approximately 1600. She has helped many families over the past 25 years. Her experience makes her a valuable resource for the experienced buyer and seller in Castle Pines Village and surrounding neighborhoods.
