Prior to HomeSmart, Rodriguez has developed his business and relationships by continually
helping others first. From participating, assisting or overseeing in over 3000 successful Real
Estate transactions throughout his career as a Realtor and Office Sales Manager in charge of
Agent Development to building, establishing and running a Regional office and team as an Area
Vice President at Carrington Real Estate Services in Southeast Florida.
