Gary is a thirty “plus” veteran working full time as a real estate agent professional. Before joining Vista Sotheby's International Realty in 2020, Gary was the #1 Producing Agent every year at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties South Bay. 2019 proved to be a fortuitous year for Gary, with $70 million in closed sales volume and 50 closed escrows as a single agent, not a “team.' He is committed to the code of service for his clients and is passionate about his job. He absolutely loves being of service to his cherished clients. His business model includes ground up construction projects where he represents developers in the acquisition of the site, and the marketing of the finished product! Homes, townhomes, and condos are all a part of his wheelhouse. Gary also represents investors large and small in the acquisition of distressed assets which provide remodel/flip opportunities. The mainstay of Gary’s business is helping folks buy and sell their homes. Nicknamed, “The Pumpkin Man” as a result of handing out over 1,500 pumpkins to clients and friends for over 30 years and counting, Gary is a hands-on agent who believes in the power of “face to face” meetings with new and existing clients. He is blessed to have been married to his wife Janet for over 30 years, and have two amazing children, Ben and Trisha.
