Real estate is Grant's passion, as his life changed the moment he bought his first home. He has been on a mission to help others obtain that feeling since. As an Omaha native, he has an immense amount of love for this city and the great state of Nebraska. When it comes to real estate Grant is a one-stop shop, whether it’s a first-time home buyer, seller or an investor, he has them covered.

As a seller’s agent, Grant will provide up-to-date information on what is happening in the marketplace and evaluate the price, financing, and terms and condition of competing properties to help determine the most advantageous starting point for a client's home. His experience and strong sense for how to set a home apart from the initial listing all the way through staging and marketing will help achieve a minimal effort sale.

As a buyer’s agent, for both personal (existing or building) or investment properties, he will help from start to finish. From getting pre-approved for a mortgage, to finding and showing all of the properties and builders that best match for their criteria, to writing and negotiating contracts and home inspections in your best interests.
