Highly likely to recommend 06/06/2017 - srkdrannek Bought a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $375K in Palmdale, CA. I will start off this review by stating that Holly Hanlin is both my realtor and my aunt for full transparency. Everyone knows the most fun part of house hunting is seeing all the options available. However, we only spent one day looking at properties. That is because, with every property we saw, I informed Holly of what I liked, what I didn't like, and what I would prefer. By the time we reached the fourth house, we had a match. This house had been on the market for approximately a month before we put our offer in below asking. The owners were surprisingly stringent and barely moved the needle for negotiation. They only became more rigid as negotiations and even the escrow process commenced. Holly stayed on them though, when they slowed the process, she made sure to keep in contact with their realtor to keep the process moving. This being my first time buying a home, I found the process complicated. Holly walked me through any questions I had, and even resubmitted paperwork when I found an error on the seller's side. I know that she comes from a strong family of realtors, and I believe she would put these skills to work for anyone she represents. Highly likely to recommend 07/20/2017 - dalipit Bought a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $675K in Valencia, Valencia, CA. I met Holly in one of her open houses and I felt so comfortable with her. Holly is warm, loving, friendly and professional realtor. Her client’s interest is her number one goal. She works as a realtor for almost 30 years and currently she is doing this to help people find their dream home and sell their home on top dollar. Since Holly is doing this as a hobby she is very easy to work with and has no pressure at all. Holly is such a hard working person and truly enjoys helping people. I feel other realtors that she had to deal with are very fortunate because Holly will go above and beyond to help get the transaction go smoothly and effortless. When Holly is not doing real estate she is volunteering at the hospital where she also serves as President of the Auxillary Department. She is also busy with other social functions and helped raise money for the community she lives in. Holly is a remarkable experienced realtor and a civic minded individual.
