James Roberts

James is the owner of Metro Roberts Realty which is the most multi-facetted company in the region. He and his company are a four-pronged attack. Jim oversees real estate sales, valuations, property preservation and real estate auctions. Jim manages all types of residential appraisals and broker price opinions (BPO’S), as well as a variety of inspection services.
For over 30 years James Roberts has been a fixture in the Western New York real estate market. He bought his first house when he was 19 years old and never looked back. He owns and operates one of the top real estate companies in Western New York. James is a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) along with being a NYS Certified Appraiser and NYS Real Estate Broker. He has his CREA designation from Certified Real Estate Auction School. James also holds many real estate certifications and a bachelor’s degree in education and business.
