Janet has been a proud resident of Colorado since 1976. She attended schools in Boulder, beginning with Heatherwood Elementary, continuing through Platt Middle School, and graduating from Boulder High School. Janet earned a double Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders/ Psychology and then completed her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology all from the University of Colorado Boulder.
With her deep-rooted ties to the front range area, Janet possesses extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, and market trends. She comes from a family with over 45 years of experience in the local real estate industry. Janet has been a dedicated REALTOR® with WK Real Estate since 2001. Her daughter, Madeline Wagnaar, a 2021 graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Psychology, earned her Real Estate License and has been working alongside Janet as a licensed assistant.
