Jeff's favorite part of being a real estate broker is the opportunity to become acquainted with so many interesting people and help them realize their goals. He respects the fact that this isn't like any other purchase - unless you're an investor, your home is where you live and raise your family.

A Nebraska native, Jeff came to Fort Collins with his girlfriend, now wife Linda of 29 years, in 1983. It didn't take long for Jeff to realize that his love for the mountains and the opportunities of the area helped make Fort Collins his home since.

Outside of work Jeff is usually grinning ear-to-ear while spending time with his family, boating, hiking and scuba diving.

Jeff studied business at the University of Wyoming and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and he started his real estate career with RE/MAX in 2003 and after 10 years he decided to establish his own brokerage, Jeff Williams Real Estate. His vast business experience includes working in the travel industry, marketing/public relations, insurance and real estate. His real estate designations include GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert).
