I have known Jared and Jennifer for more than six years and have worked with them through nine different real estate transactions.
I wouldn’t ever consider using anyone else. They make a great team, are very prepared, thoughtful, patient, understanding and they give great advice. Jennifer and Jared not only helped us prepare our our for showing which is a major ordeal if done well, they most importantly helped us rightly price our amazing home to the market with a couple of challenging settings. Their insight into the seasonal fluctuations also allowed us to list at an optimal time. We had a full-price offer just three days after listing!🙌👏👏 Best part is not only are they great realtors, they are really fine people to know!🤗

The personal attention is UNREAL! Jared and Jennifer are beyond professional and 1000% attentive especially with us being first time home buyers. We were lost, anxious and frazzled when we found ourselves in a whole new world of information. They brought us back to reality and they helped us navigate the process making it very easy!!
